Using Visual WorkFlows

As an organization, you have unique business practices that can’t be served by off-the-shelf customer support software products. Save yourself some time and invest in a solution that can be tailored to your specific needs. With PhaseWare, you have access to a feature that we call Visual WorkFlows. Let’s talk a little bit about what Visual WorkFlows are, how you can use them, and how simple it is to maintain and measure their performance.

Visual WorkFlow software allows you to design, execute and manage automated business procedures. When it is new customer or employee on-boarding, or your desired method of issue handling. With PhaseWare’s Tracker product you have the control to create custom WorkFlows to suit your needs perfectly. Using this feature will alleviate your agent’s constant need to remember what they have to do next, when something should be done in a sequence, and when deadlines are approaching.

DESIGN. You can easily orchestrate your business processes into Visual Workflows using our simple drag-and-drop visual designer interface. This intuitive interface makes your WorkFlow creation quick so you can spend more time monitoring your success and not building it. If you have a clear idea of the business process you want to put in place then you can certainly build it.

EXECUTE. The Visual WorkFlows feature comes with what we call the Task Manager. The Task Manager allows you to manage all your WorkFlow related tasks. You can save your favorite task searches, run ad-hoc reports on your tasks and filter through what you consider to be the more important tasks. The Task Manager is a simple and flexible way to execute your WorkFlows and review the tasks that they manage.

MANAGE. After you create your custom WorkFlows, you will probably want to manage them and see how they are performing. After all, what is the point of creating a WorkFlow and not analyzing its performance. You can maintain, organize, and analyze your WorkFlows using the Visual WorkFlow Reporting Tool. This tool allows you to see how your WorkFlows are performing in real-time. It shows you the number of open, failed, and completed tasks in your WorkFlows as well as the number of completed WorkFlows that exist in your system.
