Top 3 CRM Tips

There are quite a few things you need to consider when thinking about improving your customer relationship management.  In an earlier blog, I talked about customer service being all about the experience. How do you keep your relationships and experiences on great terms? I have come up with my top three tips for your customer relationship management.

Be Trustworthy. You need to have long-term relationships with customers. You’re not going to get those by lying or going behind someone’s back. Don’t make promises you can’t keep and make sure the customer’s best interest is in the front of your mind at all times.

Be Efficient. This is probably my favorite word when it comes to customer service… efficiency. It exudes everything you need to have in problem-solving areas. You want to get things done in a timely manner. However, you do not want

Be Real.  I’ve talked about this before, but when networking, interacting with other businesses, etc., it’s all about developing a legitimate professional relationship.  I am completely turned off if I feel like someone is just trying to be my friend for a business deal.  You truly need to care about your customers and people you’re networking with.
