It’s the time in my life where I have been out of college for almost a year now and I’m starting to transition into the “real world” that everyone spoke so much about. I have the same car I've had since I was 16 and it's about that time to get a new one.

I've been doing some light research and usually I'm not a fan of crossovers, but the Nissan Juke has stood out significantly in my mind.  I’m a quirky person and the Juke is a quirky car.  I had a few questions about it so I jumped on Twitter and found the account for Nissan Juke.  I typed in my question and mentioned them.  I received a response shortly thereafter (less than a few hours).

We then proceeded to have a short conversation via Twitter. 

These mini-conversations have me more captivated with the Juke than ever before- due to  this interaction via Twitter.  I informed them my next step was to test drive the fun and futuristic-looking vehicle and they replied asking me to keep them informed on how I liked it.

They actually seem to care about my thoughts on the Juke which, in my eyes, is great!  This is a great example of how social media can be used for customer service.
