For those of you who are familiar with Greg Levin, you know where I'm coming from.
For those of you who don't know who the heck Greg Levin is, I'm going to introduce you.
For those of you who think like Greg Levin, my sympathies, you have been a customer care agent too long.
Greg writes the "Off Center" blog, a hilarious send-up of all things customer service. And it's funny because of the grain of truth in every post. We have all been told to just let the customer anger slide off our backs. Well, Greg actually says what we have all thought from time to time.
