People are going to do it anyway, so it was a sure bet that an app for customer service experience wasn't far behind...and here it is: an app called Tello. Interestingly enough, most of the reviews were positive with individuals being singled out for praise. The app also plans to have a feature where the customer can give permission for a business to contact them about a poor review.
